This storage facility was completed in January 2004. There are 313 individual units from sizes 10 by 5 to 10 by 30. All units are on concrete floors and are built of steel and metal. All units are drive up to on a paved surface. This facility is open to our customers 24 hours a day (entrance is gated and closed but customers are given a code that opens the gate). The entire facility is fenced and closed to the public (except customers). You can call 540-260-9563 anytime. When office is closed these calls are forwarded to the owner's cell phone so it is a rare thing to not get through to the owner of this facility. A special that is always available is the "pay for 3 months in advance, get a 4th month free" regardless of the units size.
